Equinox Construction Services (ECS) is a coordinator of turn-key projects in the small-hydro industry. We handle everything from inspections and supplying/installing equipment needed for ensuring Safety Around Dams, to studies and PEO design tasks, ending with construction and rehabilitation work through EPC/EPCM contracts involving existing or new sites.
