Established in 1940, INDAR Electric is a leading electrical rotating machine manufacturer. INDAR Hydro, with an installed track record of 7.5 GW, designs, produces and installs synchronous hydro generators up to 80 MVA output, 15 kV voltage, in vertical & horizontal configuration for Pelton, Francis, Kaplan and S-Kaplan turbines. INDAR Hydro division has a specialized team carrying out existing generator rehabilitation and/or repowering projects, with technical capabilities able to make turnkey engineering including active part upgrades with coiling to large generators up to 200 MW.
